Child Labor is completely prohibited in the factory and have sufficient policies in place in relation to slavery and human trafficking.
Forced, bonded or involuntary prison labor is not allowed in factory. Workers should be free to leave their employer after a reasonable notice period.
There must not be discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership or political affiliation and these are strongly prohibited.
Must follow wages and benefits for a standard working week with relevant minimum wage standard. Wages are paid in strict compliance of the law
Standard working hours are ensured in accordance with law.
The factory complies with all applicable local environmental, safety and health regulations.

The use of corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion and verbal abuse are forbidden.
