We’ve been made ourselves accustomed to do all garments testing regularly for color fastness, pilling, fiber composition etc. from S.G.S or I.T.S Bangladesh or as per buyer’s choice.
AGL believe in best quality product delivery at every stage of the production with utmost efforts from all side. To fulfill the expectations of our valued customers by highly trained staff who are fully equipped to ensure high quality control as per international standard. To maintain the quality we are habituated to use the strength of technology and very close supervision. So, we follow in line, pre-quality and final inspection, three stage quality control system. Our production floor are very wide and spacious having pure drinking water, proper fire exit, evacuate road way marking and fresh air way passing passage.

The major concern of our company is health & safety. Purified water systems are placed in every corner to drink to keep safe health. We are checking regular basis in order to ensure that all the electric lines and equipment are safe & protected. Protective gloves and masks are given to workers who are working here. Our factory has evacuation doors and carried out fire drill exercise on time. Required numbers of fire extinguishers are in placed in the factory which checked regularly on due courses.
MEDICAL FACILITY
AGL has its own Medical Centre with M.B.B.S. doctor with trained nurses. They are equipped with necessary medicine and surgical tools for urgent necessary treatment.
CHILD CARE
We provide Child Care facilities for all employees. This Child Care center is well illuminated, ventilated and spacious for the children to enjoy. Food, clothing and medical assistance are provided to these kids free of charge.
MATERNITY WELFARE
We provide various Maternity benefits for its female employees. Each pregnant woman is provided with light work during pregnancy, maternity leave & free weekly health checkups by M.B.B.S. doctors.
ANNUAL PICNICS & SPORTS DAY
We arrange Annual Picnic and Sports Day every year to rejuvenate and motivate the workers and staffs of AGL to escape from monotonous lifestyle where the Chairman, Managing Director take part with the Executives.
