Code of Conduct

  • Child Labor is completely prohibited in the factory and have sufficient policies in place in relation to slavery and human trafficking.

  • Forced, bonded or involuntary prison labor is not allowed in factory. Workers should be free to leave their employer after a reasonable notice period.

  • There must not be discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership or political affiliation and these are strongly prohibited.

  • Must follow wages and benefits for a standard working week with relevant minimum wage standard. Wages are paid in strict compliance of the law

  • Standard working hours are ensured in accordance with law.

  • The factory complies with all applicable local environmental, safety and health regulations.

  • The factory complies with all related current legalization in the different applicable areas.
  • The use of corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion and verbal abuse are forbidden.
